We opened our doors to business in March 2014 with the ambition to revolutionise the way in which Indian Takeaway food is viewed in Dublin and Ireland. Our executive head chef Bishnu was trained and worked at the prestigious Taj Group in India. He formally worked in Ananda and Rasam in Dublin. Bringing on board highly qualified staff we ensure that our vision will be maintained for our customers to enjoy authentic, fresh, high end restaurant quality dishes at home.
We use the finest quality meat, vegetables and seafood in our cooking. We mix, roast and grind our spices and herbs daily. All our sauces and chutneys are made in small batches so that we can maintain freshness at all times. The passion and commitment to serve the finest quality food means our dishes are always fresh and full of flavour.
